How it works
Heuritex evaluates operational inputs using structured decision logic to generate clear and consistent recommended actions. In many cases, multiple decision approaches are evaluated in parallel, producing different recommendations for the same situation.
Users review the recommendations and select the best course of action. The system tracks these decisions and outcomes over time, creating a learning loop that captures and structures human expertise.
As the platform evolves, users can select the most appropriate decision lens for each situation based on lens performance and the Human Performance Index (HPI), helping ensure the right thought process is applied to the right problem.

Throughout his career, he observed how heavily business outcomes depend on human judgment, and how inconsistent and unscalable that judgment can be.
